City Place of West Palm Beach, Florida is part of a long term reclamation of the downtown area. The designers of City Place have combined an early 1900 style with modern concepts to create an environment that is relaxing and exciting at the same time.

Once a depressed area, City Place left only one original building standing in the process of building the new downtown area. The church is now a small theatre for the performing arts. The remaining sections of City Place are all new buildings that charm both residents and visitors into a serenity while providing entertainment, shopping, restaurants, and more.

The Kravis Center for the Performing Arts and the Alexander Dreyfoos High School of the Arts are next to City Place with construction of the new convention center starting across Okeechobee Boulevard. Trump Plaza, the Intracoastal Waterway, Clematis Street, downtown West Palm Beach and many other features of Palm Beach County are within minutes of City Place. The Atlantic Ocean, only little over a mile away, cools the courtyards with breezes.
